Mercy Manor offers a range of supportive services and programs designed to help women in recovery rebuild their lives and achieve independence.

 

Our services include:

  • Peer-to-Peer Support: Residents build strong connections through shared experiences and mutual support, fostering a sense of community and accountability.

  • Support in Maintaining a Drug-Free Life: We provide a structured environment and resources to help women remain committed to a drug-free lifestyle.

  • Spiritual Experiences: Faith-based activities and spiritual guidance to support personal growth and healing.

  • Short and Long-Range Goal Setting: Assistance in setting and achieving personal, educational, and professional goals.

  • Employment Guidance: Job readiness programs, resume building, and career counseling to support employment and financial stability.

  • Drug-Free Housing: A safe, sober living environment that promotes recovery and healthy living.

  • Medical and Dental Assistance: Access to healthcare services, including medical and dental care, to address residents' health needs.

  • Life Skills Training: Classes and workshops on essential life skills, including cooking, budgeting, communication, and time management.

  • Group Counseling: Professional-led group therapy sessions to address addiction, mental health, and personal development.

  • Mentoring and Role Modeling: Guidance from experienced mentors to help residents navigate their recovery journey.

  • Financial Management Assistance: Support in developing financial literacy, budgeting, and managing personal finances.

  • Re-Connecting with Family (as appropriate): Support in rebuilding and maintaining healthy family relationships, when appropriate, as part of the recovery process.

These services are designed to empower women to reclaim their lives, maintain sobriety, and build a healthy, purposeful future.

Mercy Manor Program Success

The following are the results of those who have completed Mercy Manors six month program:

 

· 65 % of the women move to permanent

          housing within six months.

· 75 % of the women who obtain 

         employment while at Mercy Manor

         remain employed.

· 52 % of the women initiate their

        educational plan within four years.

· 70 % of the women remain clean and

        sober.
